Overview

Support Analyst Salary up to £25,000 plus benefits Ideally you be driver with your car The successful candidate will have experience of working in or supporting Operational, Commercial and Finance Software systems and ideally have some knowledge of supporting Construction Payroll/Accounting systems. As part of the support team, you will support the company's products with any software or technical issues and be responsible for receiving issues logged by customers, taking ownership of the problem, analysing and providing advice or resolution. Candidate Ideally an understanding of supporting Construction Accounting/Payroll Software Working as part of the development and technical teams, you will support clients in the UK, and overseas. Highly confident and organised to with excellent communication skills, written and spoken Able use your own initiative and assist customers with an assured manner Understanding of purchase order processing - desirable Excellent MS Office skills Duties You will provide telephone/email support to customers with the aim of resolving support tickets. Where necessary utilise remote access to help diagnose and solve problems Analyse, replicate and resolve customer support tickets within the escalation guidelines Own and take responsibility for support tickets taken Liaise with internal departments and managers to ensure swift resolution of outstanding customer tickets Ensure comprehensive detail is added to support tickets for work undertaken on tickets to aid others Identify repetitive issues and pass to the relevant team for resolution giving assistance if required Record faults and enhancements supplying appropriate information on our system, in a timely fashion Ensure a high standard of written and oral communication with customers and management Travel and attend meetings as required both internal and at customer locations
