Overview
This software business is growing its support team to cater to national and international clients with payroll queries. Are you the confident, organised finance professional they’re looking for? About the opportunity Working as part of the support team, you will: Provide support to customers through calls/emails to resolve their support tickets. This may include utilising remote access software to diagnose/solve issues. Liaise with internal departments to swiftly resolve tickets. Ensure documentation regarding work completed is concise and informative. Identify and replicate repeat issues, passing to the relevant team internally for resolution. Maintain relevant knowledge base information/FAQs. Travel to attend internal/customer meetings as required. About you You will have strong experience and/or hold a relevant accounting qualification and have a good understanding of payroll. You should also be a confident individual who is comfortable building relationships with internal/external stakeholders and can provide clear guidance to resolve customer issues. Experience in construction account/payroll would be highly advantageous, as would experience purchase order processing. What’s in it for you?
