Family Solicitor or FCILEX - Shropshire

Fantastic opportunity to join this superb regional law firm and work as part of this team of 10 that consists of both fee earners & support. This position is to replace an outgoing experienced Solicitor and you should therefore have a minimum of 5 years' PQE. There is a real mixture of work in place for this role with both private paying and public funded matters being shared across the department. You must however be experienced enough to deal with a broad range of family work such as divorce and seperation, pre-nuptial disputes, adoption, childcare, financial disputes and ancillary relief as well as undertaking your own advocacy. This firm respresent clients from across the region and deal with affluent & high net worth individuals with large assets, so experience of dealing with high value matters would be useful. Whilst fee earning is the main focus of this role there will also be an emphasis on business development as a significant amount of work is based on repeat clients and referrals. Salary will be based on PQE level however you will also have a generous benefits package with bonus scheme.
