A fantastic opportunity for a Family Solicitor has surfaced at a superb regional law firm. This is a permanent, full time position based in Shrewsbury. About the Role As the appointed Family Solicitor, you will be working within a 10-strong team of fee earners and support. There is a real mixture of work in place for this role, with both private paying and public funded matters being shared across the department. You must however be experienced enough to deal with a broad range of family work such as: Divorce and separation Pre-nuptial disputes Adoption Childcare Financial disputes Ancillary relief Undertaking your own advocacy This firm represents clients from across the region and deal with affluent and high net worth individuals with large assets. Whilst fee earning is the main focus of this role there will also be an emphasis on business development as a significant amount of work is based on repeat clients and referrals. Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate for this Family Lawyer position will demonstrate: 5 years’ PQE as a Family Solicitor / Legal Executive Experience of dealing with high value matters Exceptional client care skills The confidence to get involved with the marketing and business development of the firm On Offer For the successful Family Lawyer, there is a salary of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum on offer.
