The social care team here in Hays is currently delivering success after success this financial year and this has put them in a fantastic position; they are now looking to bring on an experienced recruiter within the social care sector to run a qualified social worker desk in London. The team is run by director who absolutely believes in working as a unit to achieve results and develops each individual in the way that best suits them- every member is valued and achievements are recognised. You will work closely with the existing team and a supportive director who will tailor all you learn in our academy training to work for your new market sector- Social Care.
