Our clients are well known household names in the Charity, Retail, Hospitality and Facilities sectors. You will be expected to take calls from people who are looking to make a donation, place and order, report a building fault or make a booking. Job Title: Customer Service Advisor - Part-Time Job Type: Permanent Location: Bristol Hours: Either 6:00am-10:00am or 7:00am-11:00am- includes one weekend shift per week About You We are looking for someone who has previous customer service experience, whether that be from a contact centre, retail or hospitality. You will need to have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with exceptionally high levels of attention to detail. A good level of experience in using social media platforms would be advantageous.
