Permament Support Worker

Supported living - Support worker Permanent £8.72ph Our client is well known in Cambridgeshire and surroundings counties and is currently looking for 2 staff for 42-hour contract and 1 staff for a 30-hour contract. These positions are to accommodate a bespoke package of 1-1 (occasional 2-1) support based on 24/7 care supporting young adults, promoting independent living. Typical duties may include: Encouragement with improving independence Update MAR charts and understand principles of safe and appropriate medication Assistance with personal care, dressing and toileting Support with domestic duties and meal preparation Understanding and following Care Plans If you match the below criteria, we want to hear from you: Experienced and familiar working with individuals who demonstrate Autistic, Down Syndrome or Epileptic symptoms Competent in working in a similar environment Adaptable to service user needs Flexible in your approach and committed to ensuring the service user can reach their full potential Must be a car driver Good communication skills My client is looking to appoint as soon as possible for the right candidate.
