Your new role To carry out Market Quality Data analysis related to new and existing products. By using your Engineering / Statistician skills you will analyse the incoming repair and call data and look for market trends by analysing and categorising the issues and issuing reports that may be published either Daily, Weekly or Monthly. The purpose of this Market Quality Data analysis and the detected trends is to help our engineering teams focus in the correct and relevant areas. The client prides itself on providing products that have excellent quality performance, then this is a key role in a fast moving high tech company where you can work with the best in class. Ideally the candidate will have the necessary skills to automate the reports by using appropriate systems or macro's, in order streamline reporting analysis and report generation. What you'll need to succeed Preferably qualified to City & Guilds, BTEC or Degree qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, IT or similar subject. The candidate will be computer literate and competent to use the full range of statistical and data analysis tools within Microsoft Excel and Access. Skills in any other Statistical analysis software packages could also be of interest.
