Overview
Project manager My client is an excellent regional business who have secured a £8m Design and Build health care scheme in Southampton. They are looking for a project manager to run this scheme from start to finish. You will manage a site team and report to a visiting contracts manager. The project itself starts in Early Summer and runs for circa 18 months. It is a new build facility and part refurb of an existing building. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a history of delivering schemes as a lead on site £5m plus. Ideally you will also have experience of either P21 or P22 contacts. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading contractor in the South who have secured their turnover for both 2020 and 2021.
