Overview

Full Time, Permanent 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year 8.00am – 4.00pm with overtime opportunities Crayford Academy has the opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to further their career in the Education IT sector. We are looking for someone with a good understanding of IT to work with the Academies IT team and the wider Federation IT teams. As part of the corporate services team you will be expected to deliver a high level of customer service whilst being responsible for ensuring that all IT services at Crayford Academy, and associated schools, are delivered both reliably and safely for all users. Ensure that faults and requests are resolved in a timely manner with minimal disruption to the users work. You will have a good understanding of IT technologies ranging from desktops to switching to servers, and be comfortable working in a fast paced education environment. There will be opportunities to work alongside the Federation IT team and other schools to develop and support a growing network of 8000 users and 1000 devices.
