Your new role This is an extremely varied role, with a focus on leading the team and contributing to strategic growth. As team leader of the real estate sub-team, you will be responsible for work allocation which will involve taking instructions from clients and allocating resources appropriately, developing quality assurance processes and managing significant fee earning projects. You will be leading a team of apprentices, paralegals and senior paralegals, therefore you will get involved in team development plans, managing performance through coaching and regular career meetings.
