About the Job Dimensions Support sales through technical advantage and application reasoning with the goal of optimizing economic results and ensuring growth. Implementation of market strategies of the Lubricants matrix organization. Solve user problems and handle complaints. Technical support of marketing measures. About the Activities Introduce and expand market-relevant products in coordination with the Lubricants matrix organization. Assist and initiate marketing activities in the technical area, and create sales support documents for internal use and for customers. Analyse the lubricant market for new uses (market niches). Technically supporting development and acquisition projects of the sales divisions. Application consultations as well as technical customer advice both by telephone and on-site. Technically analyse customer complaints, including cause. solution finding, and initiate appropriate measures in cooperation with the Lubricants matrix organisation. Conduct technical training externally and internally and prepare the necessary documents. Obtain OEM approvals, references or expert opinions in coordination with the Lubricants matrix organisation. Support the OEM contacts in technical matters. Coordinate the stock management with the back office for product launches and general inventory management. Create product data sheets and initiate the development of relevant safety data sheets. Edit special technical tasks, such as : ANAC, test runs, website maintenance including updating the date sheets and others. Create custom lubrication schedules and competitive product transcriptions for profitability. About the Context and Environment The job environment is characterized by low market shares in shrinking markets and is subject to very high competitive pressure. In view of the high costs associated with possible production losses, customers have little technical flexibility with regard to the use of new products. Internal contacts; active and continuous cooperation with the support departments as well in the Lubricants matrix organisation. External contacts: laboratories, dealers, technical staff of customers and associations. About the Accountabilities Achievement of objectives and quarterly review with line manager. Will be measured as part of the monthly survey of external customers: complaints on technical information given by customers, feedback from customers. The job holder must establish priorities and be flexible, in order to achieve set goals, update and review policies and procedures to achieve highest standards and company policies. Ensure all surveys are written up and available to the appropriate ABM within a max 3 weeks of being conducted. About the Candidate University degree (Master specialization : mechanical engineering / Process Engineering / Chemistry) At least 3 years of professional experience Good communication skills English proficiency : fluent Car driver’s license with good driving experience
