Well then, look below as I may have the role for you My client is an established organisation within the Managed Print & IT services industry with a strong base of customers who regularly use their services because of their corporate efficiency but family feel. As an organisation they are constantly evolving and are now providing SaaS and Digital Transformation so if you want to join a business where you will progress and develop then my client is for you. Your responsibilities as a Helpdesk Manager/Team leader; Despite being a team lead you will still be expected to be hands on with installations of hardware and software for customers where required. You will be responsible for resolving any issues relating to SLA's such as failure to meet them, dealing with clients to ensure they are receiving agreed service. As the team lead you will be directly in contact with any vendors corresponding regarding any issues and resolving them efficiently. The team will be made and managed within your image and in line with the companies' recruitment policy so you will oversee recruitment of new staff and providing/suggesting training where needed. As the manager of the team you are responsible for their productivity so part of the role will be monitoring productivity and creating reports so you can identify avenues to improve productivity. Corresponding with other teams such as developers and other senior members of staff to improve process' in line with customer feedback. So, you like the sound of the role? Must have experience of working in helpdesk positions for several years. At least 1 years' experience of previously being a Helpdesk manager/team leader. Strong technical knowledge and practical working experience. You will have experience and a proven track record of being a strong leader, managing teams of 4. Experienced in call handling in a variety of scenarios e.g. resolving an issue for a disgruntled customer in a polite and efficient way.
