Rota Co-ordinator

Co-ordinator Job Coventry to start ASAP Your new role You will deliver customer service and coordination to the highest excellence & accuracy. You will be responsible for planning and managing the rota for employees within your specified area. You will build and maintain relationships, proactively manage costs, support team members and area administrators, manage holiday requests and process all invoices accurately within set SLAs. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a motivated individual to succeed in this role. You will need to have experience in resource planning and coordination plus excellent customer service and administration skills. You will also have the ability to negotiate fees with a strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making mindset. Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Software. What you'll get in return You will be provided with an annual salary of £20,500.
