Management accountant - FMCG Business Your new company At the moment I am working closely with an FMCG business specialised in food products. The Finance Director of the company is looking for a new management accountant to join the team. The company is well established in the UK and looking to expand abroad. The company is now looking to add to their finance team as the company rapidly grows after a successful fund raise. Your new role Produce monthly management accounts Take ownership of accruals and prepayments Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts Preparing and review of quarterly VAT returns to be submitted to external accounts Ensure sales are reported and processed weekly Review payment runs prepared by the junior accountant Produce weekly cash flow forecasts Suggest improvements to processes and financial reports Support the Finance Director in ad-hoc projects including board and investor reports What you`ll need to succeed For this role we are looking for someone who is: ACA/ ACCA or CIMA fully Qualified 2-3 years' experience in a management accountant role Straight from practise with a combination between accounts prep and audit Hands-on, strong team-player and ability to work with speed Strong Excel and communication skills What you will get in return The new Management Accountant will join a fast-growing business.
