Support Worker Complex care package Up to £9.43 ph dep on qualifications and experience Ellesmere port 37.5 hours days or Nights Driver with access to own vehicle (desirable) Sugarman Health and well being in partnership with a national provider of complex care for adults and young people would like to invite applications for the role of support worker to work within a supported living service in Ellesmere Port. The role is permanent offering a contract of 37.5 hrs per week Days or Nights. You will be providing direct support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex mental health conditions within a 9 bed unit. Experience of providing direct support to individuals with complex care needs including Ld, Autism, ADHD is essential personal care may also be required. Experience in positive behaviour support would be advantageous. All offers are subject to DBS and reference checks.
