Overview
Venture Recruitment Partners are working with an international Group based in Chichester in their search for a Finance Business Partner. Working closely with the Operations team, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing cost saving initiatives and have ownership of monitoring performance through necessary KPIs. You will also provide insightful financial analysis on a number of key business lines, helping Operations understand their commercial drivers. As well as this, there will be the opportunity to get involved with some exciting ad hoc project work, including investigating customer profitability before reporting up to the Head of Finance. The business is looking for a Finalist or Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with demonstrable financial analysis and business partnering experience. You will also have Advanced Excel skills and feel comfortable manipulating large sets of data. Any experience of business intelligence software would be beneficial but not a pre-requisite.
