Overview
Support Worker Complex care package Up to £9.43 ph dep on qualifications and experience Ellesmere port 37.5 hours days sleep ins Driver with access to own vehicle (desirable) Sugarman Health and well being in partnership with a national provider of complex care for adults and young people would like to invite applications for the role of support worker to work within a supported living service in Ellesmere Port. The role is permanent offering a contract of 37.5 hrs per week (days) sleep in shifts. You will be providing direct 1 to 1 support for an individual with learning disabilities and complex mental health conditions. Experience of providing direct support to individuals with complex care needs including Ld, Autism, ADHD is essential personal care may also be required. Experience in positive behaviour support would be advantageous. All offers are subject to DBS and reference checks.
