Overview
AJ Chambers are currently searching for a Bookkeeper to join a progressive firm based in City of London. The ideal candidate should have one to two years’ experience within practice. Responsibilities: · Undertaking client bookkeeping work · Maintaining cashbooks · Inputting to Sage 50 Accounts · Preparation of VAT returns · Preparation and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts · Assisting with payroll as and when required · Accounting advice and support Ideal Candidate: · Ideally one to two years practice experience · Strong communication skills, written and verbal · Attention to detail and strong organisational skills Study support can be offered in this role if you are working towards a professional qualification.
