Overview
LHG has a great opportunity for an Hotel Duty Manager to join our team in London. We are looking for a confident and competent person to assist the hotel manager in the day to day operation of the hotel. Areas of Responsibility: Maintaining excellent service at all times. Training of new staff. Managing a large team of staff during very busy shifts. Managing bookings and problem-solving. Some day to day admin. Handling the customer complaint Daily reconciliation Assisting the hotel manager in every aspect of the day to day running of the hotel. The person: An enthusiastic, energetic and friendly personality, with a passion for providing excellent customer service. At least two years of experience in a busy, fast-paced, hotel environment. Good IT and admin skills. Understanding of a P&L. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Confidence to manage a team.
