We are looking for a talented individual to come on board and join the team as our new Portering & Logistics Manager based at North Middlesex Hospital North Middlesex University Hospital is a district general hospital in Edmonton, in the London Borough of Enfield and is one of London’s busiest acute hospitals, serving more than 350,000 people living in Enfield and Haringey and the surrounding areas, including Barnet and Waltham Forest. Up to £38,000 per annum depending on experience The opportunity of joining the Compass pension and share scheme Discounts at various high street stores 40 hrs per week Main Responsibilities As our Portering & Logistics Manager you will manage the portering division at the hospital as well as overseeing the help-desk and laundry service. You will effectively lead a team of 100 employees to deliver contract excellence across those services at the hospital. Constantly developing this contract, making improvement where necessary, building detailed succession plans throughout your teams. This role is a hands-on opportunity and you will be client-facing and managing the key stakeholder relationships.
