Support Worker - Full Time Hours Available with ASAP Start - Young Adults This is your chance to join an amazing team of Support Workers in a large organisation in Wales. Your new company Fantastic temporary opportunity to work as a Support Worker for a well-established Not for Profit Care Provider that provides services for Adults with learning disabilities. My client is currently looking for Support Workers who are dedicated and passionate to work in their setting which is based in Rural Carmarthen. The setting has gorgeous surroundings and the Service Users are actively encouraged to explore and work in their outdoor surroundings making it a truly unique place to work. Your new role You will be working with people to help them develop their independence and will need to combine your professional experience and skills to work with adults on a day to day basis to promote their independence and ensure that they have fun while staying safe. What you will need to succeed To be considered for this Support Work role, you will need to have experience working with adults with Learning disabilities. You will also need either access to your own car or be able to travel flexibly on public transport. You will need to be compassionate, patient and level headed. You will need to have a genuine desire to provide meaningful, considered support and the ability to thrive in a person centred environment.
