Our client is one of the UK's leading chemical distributors who prides themselves on their approachable style and delivering a personalised service. Our client distributes various chemicals, including the more specialist chemicals that are often not easy to come by. Job Description: We are supporting our client with the recruitment of a Part Time Administrator, help with the administration and customer service within the office. To be a successful Part time administrator you will: Using Sage to process orders and invoices Arranging transport with third party customers for delivery of orders Contacting customers and supplies via telephone and email Candidate Requirements: To be successful in this position you must have strong administrative experience within a similar role Having previous experience of using Sage 50 would be advantageous but not essential Must have excellent customer service and time management experience Preferable someone that has previously worked with suppliers and arranged transport arrangements Previous order processing and invoicing experience is desirable but not essential Hours: Monday to Friday 22.5 hours a week (flexible) Salary: £9,605.70 - £10,202.40 Per Annum Brampton Recruitment are an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
