Overview
Regional Operations Manager North of England Circa £40,000 Car allowance Full time, permanent, M-F days My client is a leading national provider of environmental testing and compliance services. They are looking for an experienced operations manager with proven experience managing remote workers. Relevant sector experience is advantageous but not essential. The role will support an established team of hard working and customer focussed remote workers spread throughout the North East and North West of England. Duties will include Allocation of staff to carry out work, ensuring effective communication with all team members Monitoring and reporting on KPIs to ensure best customer experience Communicate company goals and progress to team members at regular structured meetings Carry out staff appraisals with a focus on the continuous training and development of team members Report on revenue, profit and loss to senior colleagues Ensure service delivery in line with the UKAS quality management system This position will suit a high achiever with strong leadership and communication skills. You should be open to using a flexible management approach and committed to leading by example and mentoring others to be the best that they can.
