Overview
Our client is a Top 6 Public Practice with an extensive and highly successful CF advisory capability. As part of the growth within the Transactions Services team we are looking for candidates for a Manager level position, specialising in Sales and Purchase Agreements. A TAS SPA manager role involves analysing financial information for the purposes of advising on completion mechanisms and the enterprise to equity value bridge and the financial aspects of SPAs. The role includes liaising with client/target management, financiers and other professionals. The candidate will ideally have obtained 2-4 years' experience in transactions and/or SPAs. Essential requirements: Fully qualified ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) Experience Previous experience in Transaction Advisory, and / or completion mechanisms and SPAs ideally in in a professional services environment Managing a team Experience of client-facing work Experience of applying commercial judgement Developing ability to build and maintain a network of industry contacts Extensive experience of writing and reviewing reports Good working knowledge of MS Powerpoint, Excel & Word, internet and email
