Great opportunity for an SEO Expert to join a leading Financial Services Marketing firm Your new company You will be working for a Financial Services Marketing agency, who equip their clients with the best strategy and lead generation marketing to target their prospective audiences. With a focus on Crypto, shares, derivatives and Forex trading, they are the world's leading provider of Digital Services within this sector - providing campaigns in 10 different languages. Started in 2016, they are very much on an upward curve. They have invested heavily in securing the best Marketing talent to push the business forward. They also stick by an informal and productive working culture. Your new role You will be owning the SEO department - managing a team of 5 (3 executive and 2 junior managers). This business has a network of websites, so the challenge sits within managing Search Optimisation efficiently across multiple websites and languages. You will also make sure all SEO processes are efficient, scalable and refined - by coming up with strategies for future planning and execution. Create and maintain a robust Search Engine Optimisation strategy for our network of websites, including a roadmap of initiatives to drive growth across the group. You will also need to work closely with other departments in the business, including content, technology, commercial and the paid marketing teams - and with external agencies and freelance talent. Finally, you will stay on top of key trends, best practices and Search Engine algorithms - making sure to articulate any industry shifts to both your team and to the wider company. What you'll need to succeed 3 years experience in managing SEO Highly adept manager, with proven experience in leading, motivating and growing a team Proven SEO track record - tangible evidence from previous roles Experience in the finance, gambling or lead-generation industry Experience of start-up/agency culture Strong understanding of onpage SEO including; indexation, structured data, canonicalisation, crawlability, and a good level of HTML and CSS skills Hands-on experience of the relevant SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Majestic, SISTRIX, STAT, Searchmetrics, Google Analytics, etc What you'll get in return In return you will receive an excellent salary of up to £45,000 per annum.
