Overview

Principal RFIC Design Engineer Permanent – Circa £70,000 basic salary, plus 10% bonus, share options, 25 days holiday (plus stats), pensions, life insurance, etc Principal RFIC Design Engineer with experience in Verilog-A / Verilog-AMS / VHDL-AMS experience and knowledge of 4G / 5G wireless communications required by well-established company based in Berkshire. The Principal RFIC Design Engineer will play a critical role in the development of a range of products with broad commercial applications within the telecommunications sector. The successful Principal IC Designer will have experience in either Verilog-AMS, Verilog-A and / or VHDL-AMS and will be versed in low-power, wireless IC design. Key skills: Degree / Master’s Degree qualified in Electronic Engineering, or equivalent Verilog-A / Verilog-AMS / VHDL-AMS expertise Requirement capture and RF IC macro architectures & specifications DFT and BIST for AMS circuitry Use of EDA tools such as Mentor or Cadence Desirable skills: Experience of creating innovative solutions and documenting them (e.g. in publications or patents) For more information, apply or contact me using the supplied contact information.
