Retentions Specialist (Customer Service Based) £18,000 monthly incentives (salary increases are available once moving up within the business up to £23,000) Our client is one of the UK's most well known and respected brokers in the Manchester area providing the best level of service to every customer who calls through to them, winning many 5 awards over the years, best known for their service and 4.8 rating on Feefo. We have a brand new opportunity to join a market leading organisation within the retentions team working to provide a brilliant service to existing customers who may want to cancel the policy. You will work for the business NOT the insurer, which means you will be there to support them completely through the process, assessing the situation and gathering an understanding of why they want to cancel, and if its anything that can be prevented in the future. You'll be required to prioritise your customers and work around them to see if you could improve the policy in order to retain them. You'll also make them aware of any fees, policy information, or general customer service based knowledge needed if they do want to go ahead and cancel. This is a fantastic company allowing you to develop your skillset, and progress within the business. You'll have a fantastic team of managers around you who will give you industry specific training, alongside an induction based training environment. Why is this role different to other retention roles? This is an opportunity to start within the retentions team and be given a clear development/progression plan which will include salary level increases of up to £23,000 per year. They will also provide you with the opportunity to move into an Insurance Broker capacity within the Protection Team dealing with life insurance and earning up to £60K per year. What do we need from you?
