Overview

This is a superb opportunity for a Retentions Advisor to join our client, one of the UKs fastest growing independent Insurance Specialist’s team in South Manchester. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, 8am till half 6 Monday to Friday and Saturday 9 till 1 (shift rota). The Role:- Handle Inbound and Outbound Sales Calls across the policy portfolio Input data into the system to provide a full market review of the policy Undertaking retentions of existing business Contact past clients to retain their upcoming insurance requirements Contacting clients which are due for renewals Contacting clients where policies are due to expire Offering a broad range of insurance deals, upselling other products where necessary. Who are we looking for?
