Vacancy – Intermediate Java Software Engineer / Security Clearance Location - Gloucester Technologies – Java, Cloud, Microservices, Maven, CI/ CD automated pipeline, Jenkins, Docker Salary - £30,000 / £40,000 Would you like to part of a company who are using cutting edge technologies in a wide range on markets? You will be working on innovative solutions across the private and public sector, have good understanding of Java programming and tooling such as Git, Maven and a modern IDE such IntelliJ IDEA. My client will be working towards CI/CD automated pipeline so experience working with implementation of Junit is essential. You will participate in all aspects of Sprint activities and consuming APO services using REST and SOAP experience working with XML and JSON is essential. Skills / Experience BSc/ BA in IT, Computer Science of relevant field 3 years’ experience working in core Java language level 8/11 Interest and experience working in Unit and systems testing using Junit SCM systems such as Git or Subversion Experience with SQL databases Experience developing container based microservice based architectures The right candidate will be confident have great organisational skills, have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage and prioritise you workload under pressure.
