Industrial Disease Solicitor An Industrial Disease Solicitor/Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a highly regarded Top 200 law firm based in Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. My client is an award winning, multi service law firm with an excellent reputation in the market. Working for this forward thinking firm there is a pleasant working environment, excellent benefits along with opportunities for progression and development. Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an Industrial Disease Solicitor/Fee Earner to handle a caseload of pre and post litigated Noise Induced Hearing Loss and/or Short Tail/Long Tail files. Applications are invited from Solicitors/Fee Earners with at least 12 months experience handling your own caseload of industrial disease files. Litigation experience is essential for this role. Attention to detail, a good work ethic, and strong IT and organisational skills are essential for this opportunity. Knowledge of Case Management systems would be a distinct advantage.
