An innovative Bath based software house is looking for ambitious Developers to join them in their central offices and help them continue to deliver their cutting-edge cloud-based solution software to their global client base. Following a number of recent big client wins they’ve got a pipeline stacked with exciting projects. You’ll be joining a fast growing engineering team and will gain experience across product development & release cycles, continuous integration, automated testing and more. What skill's you'll need Strong knowledge of at least one object orientated programming language such as Python, Java, Ruby, C, C++. Experience of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) would be beneficial. Working knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, software packages and networking. Understanding of CI tools (Docker, Jenkins, Promox) would be a bonus. A genuine interest in software and technology and eagerness to pick up new languages. A degree in computer science or numerate discipline. What you'll be doing As a Developer, you’ll be working on improving and developing different areas of their award-winning cloud solution product. It’s a great time to be joining them with plenty of exciting projects on the horizon such as a new UI console being built with React, a large platform update in the coming months as well as the introduction of Linux containers to their edge servers. Their tech stack is broad and varied and as a member of the team you’d gain great exposure to the following technologies; Python, React, C++, Linux, AWS, VMWare, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes and more.
