Overview
My client is looking for a Night Concierge to work in a luxury residential development based in Central London. The successful candidate will be extremely professional, dressed immaculately and be able to deliver 5 customer service to residents. The shift pattern for this role is 7 on 7 off and the hours will be 6pm - 6am. The salary will be £23,000 per annum overtime opportunities. Duties will include Manning the reception desk. Delivering outstanding customer service to residents. Dealing with any queries or issues from residents. Distributing post and parcels, supervising contractors. Holding keys. Ensuring that communal areas are kept clean and tidy. Previous experience working in luxury apartments or 4/5 hotels would be desirable.
