Management Accountant - Law Firm Your new company This company are currently recruiting a Management Accountant to join their London team on an initial 6-month contract. The company is a European law firm, one of the fastest growing UK law firms in the last year with an international client base. Your new role The primary role will be to assist in the production of monthly Management Accounts. Prepare monthly management packs (P&L's, cash-flow and balance sheets) Developing relationships with partners to explain variances Budgeting and forecasting Firm wide key performance indicators Completion of quarterly VAT returns Processing journals Ad-hoc management reporting Process improvement and various project work What you'll need to succeed You must be fully qualified with an accounting body being ACA, ACCA or CIMA. The ideal candidate for this role should have previous experience as working as a Management Accountant. Any legal sectors or professional service are preferred; however, other sectors will be considered. Strong Microsoft office and Excel skills are required. Other attributes include; a pro-active mentality, display a willingness to learn and work well in a team.
