Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join an exciting business at the heart of their operations in Cheltenham. The role: You will be responsible for providing an efficient administrative and full support service to the Cheltenham Office to ensure the continuous professional operation of the office. You will be an excellent organiser and communicator, possess a proactive and friendly attitude with a strong competence to multi-task, ability to prioritise and be flexible to work in a challenging, kinetic and inspiring environment. Your responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for the Cheltenham Office. Undertake Reception type duties. Ability to anticipate the office needs, act accordingly and proactively to bring together appropriate people and resources to support the office in addressing key tasks and actions. Act as Facilities Coordinator by working closely at all times with the Facilities Department to ensure a high-quality service is successfully delivered to the Cheltenham office. Office Management to include good communications with the landlord. Support the Cheltenham Management Team to coordinate meetings, events and key actions. Support Operational and Finance Teams with administrative support when required. Lead organiser on main office events such as Town Hall meetings, staff briefings, monthly Huddles. Facilitate, support and where required lead on specific Office wide projects. Attend a range of meetings and act as Secretary when required. Provide administrative assistance to HR and Training where required Coordinate for the Cheltenham office on all H&S matters. Source and purchase office supplies. Undertake any other responsibilities that may become necessary for the full performance of the role. Ability to act with discretion with confidential matters and be a good listener Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office packages.
