Overview
A Payroll Administrator is required to join our client in Farnham. This company is currently rapidly expanding, it is a superb time to join there growing team. Full training is provided and payroll experience is not essential. Payroll Administrator - £18,000 to £21,000 This busy Finance company in Farnham currently process payroll for 3000 workers in a weekly basis. To help with the work load they are looking for an additional Payroll Administrator to join the team. To be successful in this role the Payroll Administrator must have fantastic attention to detail and be able to spot anomalies and investigate. Candidates must have some a previous background in data entry or administration. Responsibilities include: Manage and administer the main payroll inbox(s); processing incoming payroll schedules accurately and answering or raising any queries relating to these from clients, within the agreed turnaround times Process authorised advance payments and ensure recovery as agreed with the client Process and raise any holiday pay requests received Input P45 submissions for new starters ensuring these are entered accurately and in a timely fashion Accept and calculate statutory payment claims received by operatives and complete the necessary checks before administering for payment Produce daily and weekly reports for the Accounts department Issue and receive daily or weekly reporting from HMRC Answer any queries relating to payroll and invoicing from clients and operatives and be confident in sourcing answers and responding Benefits package for the Payroll Administration Role: Basic salary is £18,000 - £21,000 Holiday is 22 days rising to 25 days (1 day every year of service).
