Overview

HGV Class 1 Driver We are recruiting for a HGV Class 1 Driver in the Lichfield area. The work starts immediately and involves making deliveries of clothing and household goods in bulk to RDCs across the UK. This HGV Class 1 Driver position requires you to complete up to 3 deliveries per day. The HGV Class 1 driver will be placed on a long term ongoing basis. The Role: The HGV Class 1 Driver will be required to work Monday to Friday with Saturdays. There is an average of 3 drops per shift all of which are to RDC's which are all located within a 200 mile radius of the depot in Lichfield. All deliveries are delivered on box trailer vehicles so there is no handball within this role. Requirements for this role: The HGV Class 1 Driver will require: CE entitlement on their licence Valid Digital tacho & CPC Card No more than 6 points on licence Safety Boots & Hi Viz Vest Hours & Pay: The start times will be of a drivers choosing whether you wish to work days or nights, the HGV Class 1 Driver will work between 50 & 60 hours over a 5/6 day period.
