Overview
START DATE APRIL 20th Contek are working with a well-established Precision engineering company based in Tipton who produce high quality presswork and injection moulding in the industry for over 20 years. As a CNC Miller Programmer, your duties will include; Programming and Operating CNC Milling machines using Bridgport Machinery with Heidenhain Controls (Or Transferrable Skills on similar operating systems) Working to tight tolerances Using 3/4-axis machines Working in a production environment working with long runs of parts. The Candidate: To be considered for this role, the candidate must possess the following; Strong experience Programming - Heidenhain Confidently able to write own programmes from scratch Able to read and work to technical drawings 3/4 axis experience Able to work unsupervised Experience working with varied materials. Day shift - 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am to 2:00pm on a Friday. Overtime: As and when .
