Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious senior contentious trust & probate solicitor to join this rapidly expanding firm in their Central London office. You will be joining the highly regarded contested wills, trusts and estates team. The team predominantly work from the firm's head office which is located in Wales. This is a fantastic chance to come in and strengthen and develop their growing London presence. The team are one of the largest dedicates teams outside of the City and act for individuals, professional executors, trust corporations and banks. You will be responsible for handling a full range of contested will, trust and estate work with a particular focus on high value, complex and cross-border trust and estate disputes. Alongside your caseload, you will be responsible for developing the team's practice in London, alongside the Head of Department. Ideally, you will have a following or established network of contacts and referrers and hold the ACTAPS and STEP diplomas.
