Overview

Interface Engineer required for a Government Department. Must hold SC Clearance. Up to £625pd, outside IR35. Your new company A prominent Ministerial Government Department has embarked on a major technology transformation, which includes a multi-million pound implementation of a new ERP, finance and HR system. In response to this, there is an opportunity for a strong DevOps Engineer to support the complex IT-enabled change programme and transformation initiative. Your new role As the Interface Engineer, you will specify, design, develop support the technical requirements and implement the technical designs, in accordance with the programme strategy/architecture. You will manage the architectural aspects of the target design, policies and standards, working pro-actively to achieve stable, viable designs. You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of System Interfaces for Oracle SaaS from/to third party systems. What you'll need to succeed As a highly experienced Interface Engineer, you will be experienced in - Delivering interface design/development services on large scale, complex IT and change Projects/Programme(s) ideally ERP / Oracle Cloud implementations Engineering system interfaces (primarily on PaaS Cloud) Hands on development and unit testing of integration components and web services Drafting Interface specifications with third party system owners, to establish a service contract for the interfaces Working collaboratively with stakeholders of all levels of experience and maturity to ensure a seamless delivery of the interface solution Ongoing security design It is essential you are skilled in - Oracle Integration Cloud Oracle ERP, HCM & Payroll integration delivery using Oracle Integration Cloud SQL, PL-SQL Linux/Windows Jenkins, GIT, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, XSLT, SOAPUI, Postman, Curl AS MENTIONED, ONLY APPLICANTS WITH CURRENT AND ACTIVE SC OR DV CLEARED WILL BE CONSIDERED.
