Overview
French or German speaking Motor Claims Handler Permanent to £25,000 benefits Monday to Friday; 9:00 to 5:30 Office based Claims Handling position, based close to Tower Bridge (SE1). You will be joining a small, friendly but highly motivated, multilingual claims management team. Our client acts as the UK agent of a large number of motor insurers throughout Europe handling claims arising from road accidents in the UK and in Europe. - A wonderful opportunity for a fluent French and/or German language skills. The Role: ·Handling third party motor and recovery claims (including injury & credit hire) from notification through to settlement ·Knowledge of CPR (Civil Procedure Rules) and its protocols ·Administer claims and report to overseas offices and insurers, taking part in presentations when required ·Investigate and monitor developments on all claims ·Investigate all claims for possible fraud ·Liaising with and reporting to our overseas insurer clients.
