Overview
I currently have three roles with a leading Oil and Gas business based primarily out in Sunbury, covering three different BUs; Procurement and Supply Chain Upstream Engineering Wells and Subsurface. Commercial / Strategy / HR. You would be matched to these business units as per you previous experience, but if there are any of the three that are of particular interest to you or that you do not want to be represented for, please let me know. They are looking for contractors to come in and look after their end to end recruitment, from taking in requirements from line managers, direct sourcing, delivering competency based interviews, managing the (often complex) offer process and supporting in the candidate on-boarding process. The right person for this role will have strong stakeholder engagement and management skills due to the nature of the business, and must be able to manage internal stakeholder expectations, establish the TA process and well articulate the role TA can play in the business. It is an initial 3 month contract, at a day rate of £300 per day PAYE premium, or £340 per day via Umbrella company. You must be able to work the majority of the time from their Sunbury branch, but there may also be some flexibility in working from their Canary Wharf office or from home. What you need to do now.
