Senior Sous Chef Busy Kitchen, West Berkshire Up to £34,500 4 day week Company information: It's a unique site located next to the Brewery and has stunning views over the Berkshire country side. Serving fresh locally sourced food, the breweries own beers, along with a great selection wines, spirits and soft drinks. They serve a mixture of British and European flavours on its fresh seasonal menu. Serving quality starters, sharers, pizzas, pies and street food style dishes. All complimented by their own selections of ales and craft beers. What you’ll be doing: As a Senior Sous Chef you will be supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day food production using fresh and seasonal ingredients. You will also be preparing, cooking and presenting various dishes across lunch, dinner and brewery events. Managing and the training and development of the kitchen team and educating the FOH team on all dishes. Running the kitchen in the absence of the head chef and complying with all company processes and procedures. Candidate Requirements: Must have previous experience within a busy food environment. You will have a passion for creating and experimenting with new dishes. You will be confident running a busy kitchen yourself. Show flexibility in and around the business. You will need to show great communication skills. Attention to detail is an absolute must. Package for Sous Chef: Up to £34,500 Performance Bonus Working 4 days per week (Split shift 10am to 10pm) The opportunity to progress you career in the company. 30 days holiday per year (Incl.
