Overview
I am currently looking for an aspiring Sous Chef for a premium quality Restaurant. Using only the finest ingredients to create some spectacular dishes, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous chef to make a mark on a fresh food menu and deliver some truly fantastic food. As Sous chef you will be responsible for helping the Head Chef ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest possible standard, creating daily specials, ensuring that health and hygiene is kept at the highest standard and that service runs smoothly. In addition you will also be responsible for helping to motivate and train your team, ensuring that you get the best out of them at all times. The ideal candidate will come from a pub or branded restaurant background with relevant experience as a Sous chef.
