A Chef de Partie Pastry who is capable of running and training junior members within the pastry brigade. Someone with a strong knowledge of British cuisine. A chef who is well organised and can work well within a team. Qualifications would be advantageous but not essential. Someone with a proven and stable track record working in award-winning restaurants or luxury hotels.
