Overview

Chef de Partie I am currently looking for 3 talented individuals with a passion in cooking and working in a buzzing kitchen environment to join the team as a Chef de Partie. The work is temporary but ongoing and you will be based in Marlow, working for a small group of Pub Inns. This is an ideal role for a Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge. The Chef de Parties will assist the Head Chef in ensuring that all duties within the Kitchen are carried out according to the procures set out by Health and Safety Laws. We offer competitive pay rate and guaranteed average 45 hours per week, plus holiday entitlement with this particular client. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for: · Running a section but may be required to assist with food preparation of other sections. · Assisting with stocktaking, management of kitchen hygiene, food storage and supervising Commis Chefs. · Working effectively within the Kitchen Brigade to ensure high level of service standards, checking that all food is stored and used in rotation to eliminate wastage and adhere to the Health and Hygiene Laws. · Following close down procedure at the end of shift to ensure safety of equipment and security of produce is maintained.
