Assistant Bar Manager - Newquay - Hotel/Bar - £21,000 Tips Role Overview: We are recruiting for an Assistant Bars Manger for our stunning hotel bar overlooking the bay. We strive to serve our guests like family and would love for you to join our team in fulfilling our mission in creating memories that last forever. You will be working on 40 hours p/w, we always aim to ensure our staff work straight shifts however if business needs splits will be asked but we do not try to let this happen. Due to location own transport is preferred. Responsibilities: Hands on Management of the bar Demonstrate excellent knowledge of beverages Train and develop the team Stock control and cellar management Maximise revenue Provide excellent customer service Requirements: Previous experience of managing a team Excellent beverage knowledge including cocktails A keen eye for detail Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills A natural leader Willingness to learn and progress The Reward: Salary of £21,000 share of tips Excellent training programmes Free surf lessons and free use of surfboards and wetsuits This job was originally posted as www.caterer.com/job/89825145
