Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team at a multi-venue site located near Lutterworth, Leicestershire. You will be working alongside the Food & Beverage Manager overseeing the restaurant, bar and lounges as well as operationally running many weddings and other events. EXCELLENT COMPANY - INDUSTRY LEADING SALARY - GREAT TEAM To be considered for this role: Previous experience working within a similar role Have a passion for hospitality and the catering industry Organised with excellent time management skills Good team leadership and motivational skills, able to lead from the front Train and record the development of the existing food and beverage team Excellent food and beverage knowledge with and the ability to convey this Ensure compliance regarding HACCP and COSHH and Fire Regulations Deputise in manager’s absence Assist outside of department on occasion The salary for this position is up to £24,000 PA.
