Chef de Partie – Fine Dining Brasserie - ACCOMODATION PROVIDED Salary up to £26k An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, ambitious CDP to join the kitchen team of a wonderful fine dining Brasserie near Ascot. The Restaurant operates within a 5-star Hotel part of a well established and recognised group. The company has a great reputation within the high-end market. Only a short drive from London, this role would be perdect for someone who lives near Ascot and has their own transportation, or someone currently living in London who is willing to relocate. Staff accomodation is provided. The ideal Chef de Partie will be a well organised & strong person, able to work under a Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen. The Chef will need to be able to maintain the smooth running of the kitchen. We are looking for someone with experience with fresh produce and fine dining.
