CDP - 19k Tips - Eshott - Live In Available Your New Employer My client is a well established top quality restaurant looking to progress their offering. With the addition of rooms and a seven day service they're really looking to take the next step and need like minded industry professionals to come on board and help drive them to the next level. This is a rare opportunity to come in to a business on the up. Your New Job As a Chef De Partie, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day operations within the kitchen side of the business. You will be responsible for aiding the kitchen and the team and ensuring the operation runs smoothly. You should be a passionate and driven Chef that is open to learning a new type of cuisine and developing your skills in the kitchen…from both a cooking and personal development point of view. With a heavy guidance from Michelin rated chefs, you will receive a wealth of expertise to progress your career to the next level. Your Experience & Our Requirements You will ideally be a chef de partie with experience of working in a high-end food establishment. Experience working with accolades is an advantage but is not essential- more than anything my client is looking for a chef that is driven and passionate and looking to develop themselves and progress in their career. You should be confident in working independently and as part of a small team. Your Future As The Successful Candidate You will be working within one of the area’s most prestigious establishments- offering only the best in food and service so its customers are wowed time and time again…a company that is growing and has plans for expansion As such, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of around £19,000 plus a healthy share of the tips. You will be working 4.5 days out of 7, across mostly straight shifts. For the right candidate, there is a real chance of progression and live in accommodation available.
